DAY , MAY 23rd , 1918 at 3.15 o'clock, in two

FREEHOLD PROPERTY

Comprising the old-established BUTCHER'S

SHOP, with DWELLING HOUSE, situate in in the

centre of the Village of Wateringbury, together

with Slaughter-house, Stabling Yard, Out-

buildings and Large Garden (part of which has

a frontage to the Maidstone Main Road). Also

that Valuable

ENCLOSURE OF MEADOW LAND,

With an Area of 1 Acre 2 Roods 34 Perches, ad­

joining the above, and forming a Most Attrac­

tive Building Site, with 300 feet frontage to

the Maidstone-Tonbridge Road.

The whole has been occupied for many years

by the late Mr. Jeremiah Harris, and will be

Sold with Possession.

has been transferred to Mr. John Harris, of
