at the Royal Star Hotel, Maidstone on THURS-
DAY , MAY 23rd , 1918 at 3.15 o'clock, in two
lots-that
FREEHOLD PROPERTY
Comprising the old-established BUTCHER'S
SHOP, with DWELLING HOUSE, situate in in the
centre of the Village of Wateringbury, together
with Slaughter-house, Stabling Yard, Out-
buildings and Large Garden (part of which has
a frontage to the Maidstone Main Road). Also
that Valuable
ENCLOSURE OF MEADOW LAND,
With an Area of 1 Acre 2 Roods 34 Perches, ad
joining the above, and forming a Most Attrac
tive Building Site, with 300 feet frontage to
the Maidstone-Tonbridge Road.
The whole has been occupied for many years
by the late Mr. Jeremiah Harris, and will be
Sold with Possession.

carried on by the late Mr. Jeremiah Harris,
has been transferred to Mr. John Harris, of
Wateringbury Street, by whom the registered customers
of the former will now be supplied,.
