Mr R. WATERMAN IS favoured with instructions from Mr W. H. Marshall to SELL by AUCTION, at Red Hill, Wateringbury, on Wednesday, August 18th, 1869, at Two for Three o'clock, the excellent CROP of APPLES on about 12 acres, in three lots, for ready money (no previous offer will be accepted).

Lot 1. —Miers Platt Orchard, about 2 acres.

Lot 2. —Six-acre Orchard, about 6 acres.

Lot 3. —Rail-field Orchard, about 4 acres.
