MESSRS LANGRIDGE & FREEMAN have received instructions from R. M. Cook, Esq.,

to SELL by AUCTION, at the King's Head Hotel, Wateringbury,

SATURDAY, November' 12th,-1904, at Four o'clock,

about 18 ACRES OF CHESTNUT and ASH PLANTATION and UNDERWOOD; also 69 OAK TREES and two Ash Trees on the above Estate.
