Extract from South Eastern Gazette - Tuesday 14 February 1832

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT,

by Indenture, bearing date the Tenth day of February, 1832

BENJAMIN STONE, late of Wateringbury, and now of Nettlestead, in the County of Kent, Farmer,

hath assigned and made over his Estate and Effects to John Stone, of Wateringbury, aforesaid, Farmer, and Edward Freeman, of the same place, Innkeeper, in trust for themselves and the other Creditors of the said Benjamin Stone.

And notice is hereby further given that the said deed now lies at the Office of Mr. Thomas Carnell, solicitor, Town Malling for execution by the said Creditors; and that such of them who

shall neglect or fail to execute the same, on or before the Tenth of April next, will be excluded the benefit thereof.
