Stallion Bought

For Perth

Wateringbury, a six-year-old English stallion by Blue Peter, has been bought in Melbourne by Mr. H. E. Parry, of Serpentine, at an undisclosed figure. Wateringbury will go to the Perringa stud. Mr. Parry made a special trip to Melbourne last week to complete negotiations for the sale of the horse.

In selecting Wateringbury Mr.Parry was guided by the fact that the horse has good staying blood on both sides of his pedigree.

Blue Peter won an English Derby while Borobella, dam of Wateringbury, is by Bois Roussel from Annabel.
