TO FRUITERERS AND OTHERS.

Mr. R. WATERMAN IS instructed to SELL by AUCTION,

at the Star Hotel, Maidstone, on Thursday, June 9th, 1870, at Two for Three o'clock (for ready money), the undermentioned GROWING CROPS of FRUIT, viz.,

the Currants and Gooseberries on about 22 acres of plantation at Red-hill, Wateringbury, and Teston Farm, Teston, belonging to Mr W. A. Fremlin.

The Currants and Gooseberries on about 7 acres of plantation and 2 acres of Cherries, at Warden Farm, Wateringbury , belonging to Mr J. Fremlin.

About 9 acres of Cherries at Court Farm, Linton, belonging Mr G. Kennard.

About 2 acres of Cherries at Chart Water Mill, Chart Sutton, belonging to Mr ,H. Tappenden.

Also 3 acres of Cherries at Chartway-street, East Sutton, belonging Mr W.R. Hadley. About l acre of Currants and all the Cherries on Cherry Garden Farm, Chegwell, Ulcomb, belonging to Messrs Vinson and Maxted.

Also Broomfield Cherry Orchard, Broomfield, about 11 acre, and the Piatt Plantation, about half an acre of Currants, Apples, and Filberts, belonging to Mr Damoore.

Also about half an acre of Cherries at Chegworth, Ulcomb, belonging to Mr J. Bensted.
