Messrs. DUTT & SON HAVE been favoured with instructions to

SELL by AUCTION, on Friday, 12th December, 1856, on the premises, Brooms Croft Farm, Wateringbury, at Eleven o’clock (exact time).

The whole of the valuable and well-manufactured FURNITURE, the greatest portion of which has been recently purchased, including carved mahogany four-post, Arabian, and other bedsteads, with figured damask and other furnitures, prime bordered goose-feather beds, hair and wool mattresses, Marseilles and other quilts, capital Witney blankets, mahogany marble-top and painted washstands, mahogany and painted dressing tables, several mahogany double and circular-front and other chests of drawers, mahogany wardrobes and night commodes, chamber chairs, very handsome pier glass in carved gilt frame, chimney and dressing glasses, 2 sets of telescope dining tables, 2 mahogany loo tables, rosewood and mahogany couches, mahogany swesp-back and other chairs, 2 mahogany 4-tier carved flower stands, Brussels, Kidderminster, and Dutch carpets, hearth rugs, barometer, 8-day clock, dial moderator and other lamps, mahogany sideboard and cheffonieres, several fancy tables, mahogany lady’s cabinet. mahogany secretary and bookcase, several ladies' work tables, several easy chairs, telescope, several cases of stuffed animals and birds, 3 double-barrel guns, 2 single ditto, china, glass, and earthenware, east fenders and fire-irons, copper seal scuttle, kitchen requisites, few sets of books, small collection of engravings, neatly framed and glazed, dairy utensils, pots of plants, 2 garden rollers, garden tools, etc.

Also the live Stock and Farming Implements, comprising 1 capital draught horse, excellent pony, perfectly quiet, 1 Welch barren forward in condition, 2 sows and 8 pigs, 2 strong store hogs, herd 10 deer, 1 white tame ditto, 1 retriver dog, 1 half-bred bull ditto, 40 fowls, 7 ducks, 5 pheasants, and 5 pigeons, 500 sheep and hurdle gates, small light waggon, 3 hop nidgets, 2 sets of hop scales and weights, dung carts, 2 spring vans, 12 fruit ladders, hop manure waggon, hop bins, pokes, and bin cloths, quantity of sacks, 2 pipes and cider, cider pipes, chain and quoiler harnesses, 2 pony chaises, capital spring cart with patent axles, lancewood shafts, lamps, double and single seats, cushions, etc., nearly new phaeton, with Collinge’s patent axles, apple mill and cider naira, strong market cart with iron arms, patent bean mill, agricultural tools, and other

effects.
