MOTHERS' UNION.—We had no space last month to make a record of a meeting of the Wateringbury branch recently held in the Church Rooms. Owing to some misunderstanding the mothers were unable, at the last moment, to attend a meeting at Barham Court to which they had been invited, and arrangements were quickly made to hold one at home instead. The Vicar presided, and Mrs. Hardcastle very kindly attended and gave a most helpful address on the objects of the Union. Mrs. Livett has since seen Mrs. Warde, who says that she hopes to repeat the invitation to Barharn Court next summer.
