Adam, Prior of Leeds to James, so of Gilbert de Tutisham [i.e. Tutsham]:
½ watermill at Tutsham [in West Farleigh], but saving to the priory other rents of 14s. which James de Tutisham owes tham for lands and tenements in Tutsham; 12d. for the fishery; and 12d. for the tithes of the mill (16s.6d.)
Condition :
If the rent of 16s.6d. is ever in arrear the priory may distrain on the mill and his other property for the amount owing.
