Mr. R. WATERMAN

IS instructed to SELL by AUCTION,

at the Star Hotel, Maidstone, on Thursday, June 9th, 1870, at Two for Three o'clock (for ready money), the undermentioned GROWING CROPS of FRUIT, viz., the Currants and Gooseberries on about 22 acres of plantation at Red-hill, Wateringbury, and Teston Farm, Teston, belonging to Mr W. A. Fremlin. The Currants and Gooseberries on about 7 acres of plantation and 2 acres of Cherries, at Warden Farm, Wateringbury, belonging to Mr J. Fremlin. ..........
