Extract from Kentish Gazette - Tuesday 10 March 1812

A VALUABLE PIECE OF PLANTATION,

situated in the parish of Wateringbury, in the occupation of Mr. John Stone, adjoining the road leading from Wateringbury to, East Malling; consisting of hops, cherries, and filberts; containing Three Acres and an Half, more or less.

Particulars, by applying to Mr. Norwood, or Mr. Boys, where plan of the same may be seen. N. B.

The respective Tenants have notice to quit Michaelmas next.
