A piece of land, a garden and grove of wood called Grenehyll in Wateringbury with land of John Pympe esq. on E., the highway to Pyssyngwell and Nettlestead on N., and the demesne of Wateringbury on W. and S.; and also land 4a. at Pyssyngwell with land of the lordship of Mereworth on W., the road to Nettlestead on E., the demesne of Wateringbury on S. and land formerly of Wm. Hampton and the messuage of John Sewell on N.

[Seal] Endorsed in hand of Sir Roger Twysden that he lent the deed in 1640 to prove the existence of the garden during the trial of Mr. Warrall vicar of Wateringbury.
