Upon the premises, Wateringbury place, Wateringbury, 5 miles from Maidstone,on Monday, October 24th, and two following days, at Eleven for Twelve o'clock precisely.

THE BOOKS generally are in excellent preservation, many are well bound in vellum, morocco, and russia. Amongst them will be found the following works:- Alfieri's 'Tragedies, Chillingworth's Works, Depin's Ecclesiastical History, Speed's Great Britain, Heylyn's History of the World, Boydell's Shakspeare, Hasted's Kent, folio. Rapin's History of England, Harleian Miscellany of scarce Tracts, Clarendon's History of the Great Rebelion, Ughello Italia sacra. Lodge's Portraits, folio, Gravii Thesaurus Antiquitatum Roman- orum, Hume's History of England, folio, Du Bartas, his divine Weekes and other Works, Bower's History of the Popes, the Lord's Prayer in 155 languages, folio, Sow's Annals of England (black letter). Chaucer's Works (black letter), the Cinque Port Charters, MS. Stackhouse's History of The Bible,Carke and ???, Arthur's Life of Nelson, Hume and Smolett's History of England, Cibber's Dramatic Works, Muratori Anuali d'Italia, Sir Thomas Brown's Pseudodoxia Epidemica. THE OIL PAINTINGS include Works by Ibbotson, Guardi, Schalken, Pannini, Kneller, Bassano, M. Angelo, De Witt, Dahl, BreugheL, Nicolai, Berghem, Naldi, Tintoretti, Cause, Swanwelt, Poussin, Paul Potter, De Kleyne, Seriani, Wouvermans, C. Kettle, Sir A. Moore, West, Jean Milie, Lely, Vauderveldt, and others.

The PRINTS and ENGRAVINGS comprise Barry's Etchings of the Adelphi, Laing's plans of the new Custom House, 100 Etchings after Titian, Etchings by Holler, and many very curious, rare, and valuable prints.
