WATERINGBURY. Churchwardens' Dinner.

—This annual dinner took place on Easter Monday, at the pleasant hostelry of Mr Luther. L. Lucas, Esq., presided, and was supported by a large party, including T. White, Esq., and E. Goodwin, Esq. (church wardens). The usual loyal and local toasts were given, and responded to with much enthusiasm the ,healths of the chairman and Mrs Lucas being received with the most rapturous applause. The viands and wines were of the choicest description.
