WATERINGBURY, KENT.

MR. W. R. TOMPSETT is instructed by the Trustees under the will of the late Mr. Hartnup, to SELL by AUCTION, at the Star Hotel, Maidstone, on THURSDAY, November 4th, 1869, at three o'clock (in one or four lots), all that

FREEHOLD PROPERTY,

known as "Latter’s Buildings,” situate adjoining the Highroad a short distance from the church and village surrounded by the estate of Major Cook,

Comprising two semi-detached dwelling-houses recently erected, and conveniently arranged, substantially built of stone, and slated, a blacksmith’s forge, and Travis, grocer’s shop, with warehouse and dwelling-house, 23 cottages or tenements, and two inclosures, containing about one acre highly productive fruit and hop land, the whole producing a gross rental of £l88. 4s. per annum.
