Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing on behalf of a number of local citizens who would like to inform the council that the funding for new physical activities are to be warlmly welcomed by them. This district is quite populated and there are many youngsters there. Since it is crucial to provide locations where teenagers can spend their time beneficially for their bodies and minds, being safe and sound at the same time, we are very pleased with your overdue decision about subsidising local facilities.

As to what in particular should be organised, our main suggestions are a rollerdrome, a skateboard ground and bicycle roads in the park. Children instinctively adore fast speed. We should convey their subconscience desires to the right track. Not only do these kinds of sport steam off their natural aggression ans anxiety but also will stand them in good stead in the sport and even their routine life. In addition, it would be a brilliant idea to renovate the present playgrounds so that to exchange some old facilities for state-of-the-art ones which are designed to develop children's muscules, dexterity, stamina and, consequently, their brains.

We are looking forward to implementing our recommendations into the council plans. We believe that our propositions will make the funding cost-effective and applicable. Having all the aforementioned equipment, youths will become ctrong and agile. What is more, if they accustom to a healthy lifestyle, they will keep these habits for all their lives which, we suppose, is the most advantageous consequence of our proposal.

Sincerely yours,

Vyacheslav Kazakov
