Compare the two photos

Answer two questions connected with the photos.

In the first photo I can see a team coach who looks as if he is explaining tactics to a children team.

It's most likely that the team might have failed the first round, judging by the expressions on the boys' faces.

They looks rather tired and disappointed, so the coach probably is trying to boost their morale.

In the second photo I can see a lawyer who is arguing a case to the court.

She appears to be trying to persuade the jury and reach the desired verdict for her client.

In the both photos I imagine the explanation is a key to success.

The coach wants his team to be a winner while the soliciter wants to win her case by convincing the jury and the judge that her client is innocent.

As for problems, I can say that both speakers have very similar challenges because their success is depending on their power of personality, their charisma and their negotiation skill. The coach cannot play instead of the team members while the soliciter cannot pronounce the sentence. They are just influencing on the others to achieve their aims.
