What do you think is the most productive way to follow a career in music?

I think that the most productive way to make a career in music is becoming a musical producer.

Generally I believe that everyone should aim at a manager work position because managing people is more valuable and interesting job than working with your hands or your voice.

I mean, you can play a musical instrument for yourself or for somebody but not for the money because I believe that really excellent songs or musical compositions can’t be made for the money, you know.
