Do you find street busking acceptable? Why/why not?

As for me, street busking is acceptable but on certain conditions.

Firstly, busking musicians shouldn’t prevent people and cars from passing-by.

Secondly, busking musician’s supporters shouldn’t annoy passers-by with asking them for money.

In conclusion I would like to say that I rather prefer listening to live music at a concert or a festival than in a street or a pedestrian subway because its quality is higher and the atmosphere more comfortable.
