Will маркирует функциональное дополнение (как член предложения), отвечающее на вопрос “что?”

Без will (пример функциональной лакуны) будет придаточное условия/времени, отвечающее на вопросы когда?/при каком условии?

Скажите мне (когда?/при условии) они позвонят.

3. will стягивает, он же связка

верно, стягивает, но что? и одновременно расчленяет - что? ← двуплановость = стяжение ведь тоже бывает функциональным и морфологизированным

Там где will - это придаточное дополнительное, а там где нет will - там придаточное условное/времени: в каком типе придаточного связи/стяжения больше: в дополнительном или условном/времени? Или так: что общего между условием и временем, что они маркируются одинаково - отсутствием will?

отсутствие will = наличие причинно-следственной связи, в условном больше стяжения

некая точка во времени, когда выполняется условие, служит начальной точкой нового процесса.

В дополнительном типе связи больше последовательности, а не одномоментности, как в условном/времени.

Tell me about this when they come. = Скажешь мне про это, когда они придут. ← как в этом высказывании представлено стяжение?

условием представлено, скажешь только в случае когда они придут

т.е. условное придаточное более тесно связано с главной часть сложного предложения, чем дополнительное = ведь придаточное дополнительное даже можно через точку сделать/отделить большой паузой, в условное нет.

Сослагательное наклонение (типы условных предложений: II -> III )

II тип = условное нереальное настоящего времени: If she did it she would tell me = Если бы она (вообще) это делала, то сообщала бы мне.

III тип = условное нереальное прошедшего времени: If she had done it she would have told me = Если бы она (тогда) это сделала, то сообщила бы мне.

Задание: Трансформируете второй (II) тип условных предложений в третий (III) и переведите все предложения на русский язык.

1. If I had it I would use it. Если бы у меня (вообще) это было, я бы его использовал (все время).

2. If I worked for them I would be more thoughtful. Если бы я работал на них (в принципе), я был бы (в общем) более вдумчивым
