Many people take it for granted that since big companies are usually to blame for eco-issues, it is their chore to deal with them. However, I believe that individuals can and should take part in making their environment cleaner and friendlier.
I suppose that campaigning is a very effective way to inform people how they could harm their so-called habitat, as well as how they can help save or even revitalize it. For instance, building a convenient infrastructure for cyclists in tandem with a sheer campaign for a healthy way of life could influence people to use eco-friendly means of transportation. In this case, two birds would be killed with one stone. Not only do citizens help reduce pollution from car exhaust fumes but also keep up with modern standards of living, appearance and beauty.
The aim of another public crusade could be the appeal to the nation to sort and recycle garbage and to avoid littering everywhere. The campaign should be combined with placing separated trash cans for plastic, glass, metal and other kinds of junk all over the country. I deem that they are people who are responsible for all those piles of garbage around every city. Recycling can help save raw materials and lessen waste which surely will purify our surroundings.
Concluding my essay, I would like to outline that it is crucial to keep our environment clean. Information about consequences of a thoughtless polluting, in my opinion, can wake up people and help them realise that Earth is our home. where our children will live. Thus, we should do our best to hand it in to them green, beautiful and flourishing.
