What are the keys to a high labour productivity?

It is obvious that every company was founded to earn money.

If the company employees are effective and high-productive, this will surely serve the main purpose of getting profit.

So, I believe that it is crucial for employers to make their employees gleeful and satisfied with their work.

In my opinion, the main approuches to achieve this are showing workers company's attitude to them as individuals and respecting a work-life balance.

As for the first approuch, companies should give the employees an opportunity to discuss issues and to ask the managers, including top ones, questions.

Besides, it will be a significant achievement if good relationship are developed between the staff at all levels.

This certainly will lead to higher effectiveness of the company due to more efficient information flows and easing of tension level.

As for the second approuch, if you, as an employer, consider your workers as people, you apparently will respect their right to have a leisure time.

This means accepting that they need time to be with their families and to pursue their own activities without every hour interrating calls from the manager.

What is more, overtime work should not be usual.

In case it is unavoidable, it should be well-paid and compensated with days off.

This is a way to respect worker's right to live outside work.

I believe that both approuches I've proposed above lead to happier and, consequently, more motivated employees who will feel valued and understand that they work for life, not vice versa.

All in all, making employees happier makes the company to be more successful and profitable.

As for the other approach, it has its roots in psychology.

Every person would be glad to use their creativity for work since everything, he or she has created, will be a kind of their methaphorical child.
