In my opinion, it is a commonplace to think that the government should support sportsmen and sporting activities with vast subsidization. It is known that, nowadays, sport is a methaphorical representation of war. So, it is a great idea to convey and isolate aggression and other human premordial desires through it. However, I personally prefer art and music as areas which are eligible for giving finacial back-up.
I believe that art can change people in a positive way. It is not a secret that many people do not understand abstract contemporary pointings due to not having got a direct meaninig through comprehancible figures. I think it is so because of a lack of proper education which can enrich person with ability of great imagination by teaching them how to paint. I do believe that it is crucial to support painting schools, galleries and exhibitions since they help people to develop their mind.
As for music, it is also a vital part of a smart person's life. Not only does it improve social skills and empathy but also harmonise the mindset. What is more, in the contrary to art, music does not have a visible form. So, it truly enchance people's senses and creativity owing to making us to work hardly analysing it without any props of visualisation.
I would like to conclude that art and music are essential parts of everyone's intrapersonal activities. I deem that this country needs and deserves to have so-called complex people rather than simple ones to become rich and competitive. They are the treasures which help to bring up intelligent, tolerant and happy new generation of Russians.
