2. Answer the questions:

Did Kwame think positive about their first location?

yes, I thought the location was great

Heidi, Omarosa, Kristi and Troy went to set up our main booth, which was our Asian-themed booth.

Our plan was driven by the rain. There was only one indoor facility,so Jessie and l set up our booth... and tried to make it look nice-- got a lot of compliments on it.

We got a great location. We think it's gonna rain all day. lf you didn't reserve an indoor booth, then you're gonna be, you know, in trouble.

What team reshifted their strategy and why?

They had an outdoor location and because of the pouring rain. So they were concerned about their results because they were going not to sell all of their inventory

Why was Heidi frustrated and aggravated?

She was disappointed and really angry at Kristy because Kristy didn't do anything to motivate her team, she didn't make decisions, she was not active, she didn't manage.

l was disappointed, l was very concerned, and l was also really aggravated at that point.

lnstead of motivating, Kristi would get frustrated and get that look on her face.

You can't do that as a leader.

Right now it's really slow, no matter what.

Then you'll have to make a decision-- either all of us stay inside or all of us go outside.

Did Omarosa and Heidi have a bickering?

No, at least at that moment

They went outside and saw that the weather was getting changed so they thought that it would be better to move outside.

Why did Nick ask for the feedback from women?

The reason l ask for feedback from the women is because they won.

They've won four in a row. Obviously they're doing something right

Who was motivating Protégé people?

Troy, as it was shown.

l feel comfortable that l'll do my best to support my team. l'm making 110%. right now.

l'm trying to uplift everybody the best l can. You gotta believe. l think the momentum's starting to pick back up. lt's the second half.

We're gonna come on strong and give it our best attempt.

This expression is a translation of the Latin maxim, Divide et impera ("divide and rule"), and began to appear in English about 1600.

A small minority have continued to govern by a policy of divide and conquer.

5.“I feel a huge amount of responsibility” – try to offer excuses on behalf of Kristi (from the start of task performance up to the boardroom)

Everything was wrong from the very beginning. The team were dull and boring. They were not motivated to win.

Heidy was upset and did not want to do anything. She didn't like the place, while we had a task to sell items on a flea-market.

Omarosa was full of doubts and didn't trust me.

We could not decide what we were going to sell. There was a lack of practical ideas.

What's more, some team members trolled the other one about the ideas what to sell.

It seemed that everybody were going to fail the chore. Nobody backed me up.

So I decided to do everything myself and went to a chinise shop.

I had Omarosa and Kwame with me but they looked so bored and annoyed that I prefered to consult with the suite part of the team.

What's more, I asked Omarosa to keep her eye on the money and asked her if some money fell from my pocket.

As a result, we had a net loss of $ 75.78 and it was Omarosa who lost our money.

But she'd been setting me up, and she's trying to do everything she can... to put her responsibility onto me.

Finally, when it became clear that we'd lost, Heidy tried to attack me in a psychological manner with her awful performance.

I'd been just broken down with all that mess.
