Do you think that it is important to do scientific research into things such as smiling? Why/why not?

I think that a smiling scientific research is an example of psychological researches and I believe that they are very important because they help us to know what we are.

Psychological researches help to understand actual causes of people’s actions so the people can understand their internal motivation.

That could make people feel more comfortable and become even-tempered and to be in an intellectual state all the time.

So they could make only rational decisions and become more effective in life.

That could make people happy.

To sum up I would like to say that the result of a scientific reseach into smiling could be an information puzzle’s bit of the real world.

What effect can body language have on communication? How can it cause misunderstandings?

I think body language can have dramatic effect on communication because so-called non-verbal forms of communication take a significant part of the information about a person - from 50 to 90 per cents according to different estimates.

It easily can cause misunderstandings if verbal information doesn’t agree with non-verbal information, for example with intonation or body language.

I believe that this disagreement can lead people to trust rather non-verbal information than a speech. For example, because of this a person speaking in public always take classes of oratory.
