God’s spirit is within our soul;

And in God’s spirit we are whole;

In God we live and move and be;

In God is inner harmony.

God’s spirit’s leading never fails,

And in God’s spirit truth prevails;

Much worldly wisdom is so wrong;

When Jesus speaks the truth is strong.

God’s spirit guides us to the right,

And in God’s spirit we delight;

This godly spirit brings to mind

All Jesus gave to humankind.

God’s spirit brings our souls alive

For in God’s spirit love will thrive;

God’s spirit sings the Jesus song;

Reciting that we all belong.
