Lent 3      John 4:5-42, particularly verses 13-14

Living water (YA No 28)

Life and love is in his word;

Have we listened?  Have we heard?

Jesus tells us he will bring 

Living water, as a spring.

It will rise within each one;

It’s his gift to everyone;

Water to refresh our soul;

Drinking of it makes us whole.

When we drink this water then 

We will never thirst again. 

Giving life to all who drink;  

Lifting us each time we sink;

Priceless water yet so free;,

Is for us, for you and me;

Water to refresh our soul

Is his gift to make us whole.
