The joy we feel is unreserved

Can calm and pacify;

It offers strength by which to live;

It lifts our spirits high.

Surprises with a loving deed

Can put our fears to flight;

Such love can be the bursting seed

Of blessing and delight.

Love’s energy creates the light;

It surely guides our soul;

Love changes blindness into sight,

Renews and makes us whole.
