A ‘Way’ of strong love in Jesus we see;
A ‘Way’ that unfolds for you and for me;
The challenge, the thrill of the way that he trod
Leads us, if we go, to the mystery of God.
A ‘Truth’ about love in Jesus we see;
A ‘Truth’ that gives light to you and to me;
This truth, to the world, that seems strange and quite odd
Leads those who take heed to the mystery of God.
A ‘Life’ lived in love in Jesus we see;
A ‘Life’ calling faith from you and from me;
This life is of freedom; no tyrant’s cruel rod;
This freedom leads into the mystery of God.
This Way, Truth and Life in Jesus we see;
This Way, Truth and Life, for you and for me,
Is not seen from heaven but in earthy sod;
These lead us from Jesus to mysteries of God.
