Love when given makes a difference;
When received, love cheers the soul;
We can know this wholesome feeling
When we let love have control.
When we give some affirmation,
Thus create an innner glow;
Then love pioneers renewal
Even though it may not show.
When remorse is strong, ongoing,
Love keeps saying, “Do not hide.”
Pardon, grace will lift the burden
When we let love come inside.
Love endures past our failures;
Love stands firm and beautifies;
Love confirms we are accepted;
Love abides and multiplies.
With love shared the stars shine brightly;
Love can help dark clouds roll past;
Every kind word spoken gently
Breeds a luster that will last.
