Discrimination and Policy

In the United States it is illegal to discriminate against religious groups or to help one religious group over others with public policy. Yet Catholics and Protestants have found ingenious ways to implement discrimination in states where Catholics have gained political control through Catholic governors.

One goal is to force public education to become insolvent through purposeful budget cuts, the goal is to force publically educated students to become privately educated in private religious schools. This of course means the private sector overtakes the public sector. Catholics being benefitted because they own a majority of private schools.

It is hidden in the phrase "Less government is better", the real goal is for Catholics to take over education.

Budget cuts also force the best teachers to work in private education as well.

Once the private sector receives more funding than the public all additional curriculum services will only be through private schools. Students will be forced to use private schools to get an equal education.

It is really discrimination cloaked in policy rhetoric. Make no mistake, it is targeted discrimination by Catholics under the authority of Augustine's doctrine of compelling people to become Catholic, or at the least force all to turn over their children to Catholic educators.

Some states show increases in per student funding, but cut teacher funding or other types of funding to offset or reduce services. They aren't always honest with the public.
