TREASURER'S REPORT:
There has been limited activity in the financial accounts during March and how quickly it has gone by.
Our snow covering here at our house is less than half of what it was two weeks ago since the temperature has gone up. A 6 ft high by 10 foot square pile of snow by my drive way entrance almost completely disappeared in the 6 days Betty Ann and I were out of town visiting our daughter. Hope this does not lead to drought conditions this summer. Did get some more memberships paid this month so will try to get the updated list out to all members soon. Been really busy with the renovation work at our church and the vacation in the middle of the month left me with a lot of loose ends to clear up.
SAVINGS ACCOUNT: Increased by $0.25 interest this month so its value is $7605.35.

March 26 Balance $673.83
Expense was for the 2019 Montana Corporation Annual filing fee which I paid on March 12 at the Secretary of State Office in the Montana Capital Building in Helena as I could not get the forms to appear on my computer due to errors in access codes. We hope this is now corrected by doing the filing at a face-to-face meeting with the clerk in the Secretary of State office.

Wednesday evening, June 12 – Ice Cream Social at Fort Missoula Iris Gardens. Date and time are tentative at this time. Firm date and time to be announced later.
Saturday, July 13 – Meeting at 6:30 p.m. with pot luck supper at the home of Gary Clark and Steve Hesla – 2275 Sunlite Lane - Phone is 406-728-7633. Agenda: Rhizome sale plans
Sunday, July 21 thru Friday, July 26. Sale preparation: Days, times and locations tentative; usually work parties to prepare for the sale are from about 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. depending on needs. Firm times and locations will be announced later.
Friday, July 26 – 5:00 p.m. Pot luck supper and rhizome loading for transport to Fort Missoula. Firm location to be announced later.
Saturday, July 27 – Rhizome sale 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Fort Missoula Iris Garden.
1:00 p.m. After-sale party at back patio of Billie Gray, 1558 S. 6th St West – Phone is 406-543-3480. Food of chicken and pizza and drinks provided by our club. Lots of fun.
