Here is the January Newsletter. It's a fresh new year and hope that everyone will be in the best of health and happiness for the next, very short year. It just seems that the years go by far too quickly anymore and we just get used to printing 2005 on our checks and then we have to make 1000 errors until we get it right again.

PLACE: Home of Pete & Carolyn Addeo. Call 251-5833 for directions. Everyone is encouraged to attend, as it is one meeting where you have two chances to win a Presidential Rhizome for December or January. Plus, we have lots to talk about and need as many to attend as possible.

BUSINESS: Appointment of committee chairs for 2006, pass the budget.

DECEMBER BASH

Thanks to Ken and Rose Mary Baier for hosting the annual Christmas Party again. It was a good time and lots of fun and of course, the food was mmmmmmmm!!!

Annual Dues - Dues for 2006 are now due at the new rate of $9.00 per person Please pay your dues in January to Zona Lindemann, Membership Chairman or Swede Gustafson, Treasurer.

Meeting Locations: Organized by Carol Addeo. Please let her know if you can host a meeting this year at your home. We are still in need of a few homes for monthly meetings. If you would like to sponsor or host a meeting, but can�t have it at your home, call Carol and we can arrange it for you.

Calendar Orders - Anyone who wants a beautiful iris calendar for 2006 should contact Elinor Utech right away. You may call her at 549-1054. They sell for $6.00 each and they are worth every cent.
