Our member Dorothy Alcaraz passed away peacefully at Hillside Manor, where she had resided for the past month. She lived most of her life in southern California but moved to Missoula in 2005. She enjoyed our meetings and events and took special pleasure in helping with the iris sale each year.

The income was receipt of membership dues from Ronn Dunn. The expense was the payment to The American Iris Society for our club's annual Affiliation Fee.

MINUTES OF THE MISSOULA IRIS SOCIETY OF FEBRUARY 4, 2017
12 members were present, meeting was called to order at 7:15 pm at the Ft Missoula Building T1.
Minutes were accepted as published.
Treasurers report: $558.03 in checking, Savings acct $14,637.93. Treasurers report was accepted subject to review.
Nominating committee read their nominations.

Motion was made and seconded that the officers be elected by acclamation. Motion passed.
NEW BUSINESS: The next meeting will be March 4 at the Fort.
