The Wonder Years (1988-1993)

This classic 80s TV series follows Kevin Arnold (Fred Savage) as he recalls his childhood growing up in the late sixties.

The street that the Arnolds live on that is featured heavily in the show is University Avenue between 5th & 6th Streets in Burbank, CA.

The Arnold household is located at 516 University Avenue in Burbank, CA.

Kevin's neighbor Winnie Cooper (Danica McKellar) lives across from Kevin at 525 University Avenue.

The "Robert F. Kennedy Junior High" building was John Burroughs High School (not to be confused with the much more popular John Burroughs Middle School off Wilshire) at 1920 West Clark Avenue in Burbank. It has since been remodeled and looks competely different. Fun fact: among the many famous alumni here are Ron and Clint Howard.

The bookstore where Kevin and Paul (Josh Saviano) go in the second episode was formerly Dutton's Books at 11975 San Vicente Boulevard in Brentwood.

In the second episode of season 1, Kevin and Winnie are seen walking and talking in a park. This was filmed at Brace Canyon Park in Burbank.

Paul's house in season 2 appears to be 536 University Avenue in Burbank.

In season 2, Kevin takes piano lessons from Mrs. Carples (Maxine Stuart), who lives at 425 University Avenue in Burbank.

At the end of "The Walk Out" in season 2, Kevin and his classmates come out of the back of John Muir Middle School at 1111 North Kenneth Road in Burbank and go out into the field to protest the Vietnam War.

In "Nemesis," Kevin has a showdown with Becky Slater (Danica McKellar's real-life sister, Crystal McKellar) in the courtyard of John Muir Middle School

In the season two episode "Fate," Kevin and Paul play catch and watch Winnie play field hockey while Kevin waits for the chance to talk to her. This is located behind John Burroughs High School near the tennis courts - the back of the football bleachers can be seen in the background.
