When Doug sees a suspicious-looking man, they follow him to an alley on Carrall Street where they find a dead baby.
The store that the crooked cops plan to push over (and where Harry goes undercover) is at 77 East Pender Street.
Doug and Dean make a bust in a parking lot on Carrall Street near the location seen earlier.
The undercover sting operation takes place back at the shop near the corner of East Pender and Columbia Street.
As Doug walks Dean to the Chapel entrance at the end of the episode, it confirms that the location was in an alley behind a former Fields Department Store at 549 Carrall Street. This whole block must have been demolished sometime in the 1990s.
