"Riverside High School" is actually Windermere Community Secondary School at 3155 East 27th Avenue in Vancouver (also seen in the pilot episode). This is the entrance on the west side (off Lillooet Street).
We also see Kitsilano Secondary School at 2550 West 10th Avenue in Vancouver.
Tom is driving the Porsche down 24 Avenue East when he runs into some goons at Lillooet Street (this on the north side of Windermere Secondary).
The parking lot where Tom talks to Jared (Jason Lively) and where the Porsche gets towed is on the NW side of the school, off Lillooet Street.
