Besieged (Part 1)
The episode starts with a shot of a car pulling in to Eric Hamber Secondary at 5025 Willow Street.
We are then transported to the parking lot behind Templeton Secondary School at 727 Templeton Drive, where Sergeant Adabo (Bruce Young) arrives at the scene of a dead boy in his car. Standing in for "Piedmont High" in this episode, this school has been in countless film and TV projects - most recognizably as Smallville High in "Smallville."
Tom goes undercover at "The Piedmont" and talks to drug dealer Ronnie (Josh Richman) in the back parking lot.

The "skid row" street where most of this episode takes place is on Columbia Street between East Hastings and East Cordova Streets. Tom walks Ronnie's dog by 325 Columbia Street.
Ronnie's apartment is at 333 Columbia Street. This is also where Doug & Adabo see the drug deal going down at the start of the episode.
Later, we see Doug, Adabo, and the two undercover cops in the alley between Carrall & Columbia Streets.
Then they make the bust across the street as the dealer runs out of 333 Columbia. Then Adabo shakes him down in the doorway, much to Penhall's dislike.
Adabo and Doug drive by the Columbia Hotel at 303 Columbia Street.
As Penhall and Adabo make a drug bust, the chase leads up a fire escape in a back alley.

This shot looks north down the alley as Penhall comes out and makes a bust. The alley is located on Cambie Street, between West Cordova & West Hastings Streets.
Penhall looks up just in time to see one of the dealers take a high fall off the rooftop. The very top of the Toronto Dominon Bank Building can be seen.
Later, as Judy looks for Darlene (Renee Jones) she walks down Columbia Street in the same location seen earlier.
