Testing Dog Treats

Abstract

Which Type Of Dog Treat Is The Best?

In this experiment I will try to figure out which dog treat is the best. I will do this by putting three treats out in front of my dog and see which one he goes to get first. I will do it for one school week (five days). My hypothesis is that he would go for the stick treat because he usually likes the stick treat anytime I give him a treat.

I did my experiment over one school week (five days). I will put out the three treats that I am using in front of my dog and see which one he goes to first. Then when it is over I will do the average for the treats that he ate.

The experiment went very well he at least picked one treat every time I gave him the treats. He went for the bacon the most. The percents he chose the treats were 60% bacon, 20% Milkbone, 20% stick treat. I underestimated what treat he liked because he picked the bacon three times and the Milkbone once and the stick treat once.

My conclusion is that he like the bacon the most. He picked the bacon three time the stick treat once and the milkbone once. I learned that I should get more of the bacon treat then the two other treats. My hypothesis was incorrect I thought he would go for the milk bone more often but he only went for it once. I think that I could do longer than five days maybe a week. Also make bigger treat arrangements like two more treats then just five.
