Which Potato Has More Starch
I was testing how much starch is in a potato.I thought the red potato would have the most starch.I started by cutting it the potato in half.Next I rubbed the potatoes together 10 times and tried to unstick them from their other half.The data I got from this says that the sweet potato has no starch but then we get down to idaho potato it's had a little starch and The red potato had enough starch to be at the top.I learned that in some potatoes starch does not matter for taste.My hypothesis was correct because I guessed the red was gonna be at the top.I can tell my experiment was kinda accurate because some errors were made I rubbed some potatoes more than 10 times and that is an error because it could mess with the data.We could improve this experiment by testing more potatoes or test it twice.
