May FANFH Coordinating Committee Meeting Thursday, May 17^th, 2018 6:30 - 8:30 at the Windward Apts., 130 A Ave 5th floor common room

Attendees: Carole Ockert, Jim Bolland, Kathleen Wiens, Linda Rudawitz, David Rudawitz, Karl Ockert, Miles Haladay

-tour of the Windward - Great tour of windward. Parking.

-Tree Report

- Fines for contractors where over turned. Two new tree removal applications. 4th and A. 419 7th street.

-Tryon cove. 3 more meeting and 3 open houses. Trying to connect Tryon cove, Tryon Creek and Foothills path. Late July.

-Secondary Dwelling Units (review of Council work session). 4-3 vote to allow non-owner occupied lots. Get rid of exception of detached garage for FAR to help tree. SDU goes against single family mandate in the code. -Second and approved unanimously

-dates for Annual Meeting/topics/speaker/money. ACC. Sept 19th. AVs and trolley line?

-new ACC hours - our meeting?? - 6:30 - 8.

-misc. items around town: Jr high is looking to add portable units.
