March meeting notes:

Student Population 7,000 trending up.

Some board comments; lots of concerns around cost overruns, would like to see a list of priorities.

Treas. Report $181 in the bank

Dennis was invited to participate in Tryon Creek Wastewater treatment plant

Two houses 1200 Sunningdale. Split house, not flagged lot.

By-laws

Need to be approved through city. It is a slow process.

Next month, Carole will bring the guidelines. Working to clean up and modernize.

Annual Meeting

Thinking the meeting might be in September.

Trees

A few permits out, but not too much. 7^th and E Ave – Coastal Redwood is in question. Waiting for additional information.

Concerns about mitigation tree.

Neighborhood grant money upcoming

Council update

Good news, narrow lot code change was not enacted at Council. Only 5 minutes for Carole’s presention and power point must be submitted 24 hours in advance. Country club near 6 way intersection to 10^th St – A will be under construction later this summer.

Adult Community Center - March 9^th 6-7, lot split on Bayberry.

Metro meeting for Stafford.
