- NEP Grant for: Annual Meeting $400, Stafford Grove Bench $500, Candidate's Nigh $300, FAN Lighting Contest $250. Unanimously passed.

- Secondary Dwelling Unit hearing at PC April 9^th Concern that if proposal is passed it will end up with duplexes in all zones. Concern that R-6 will turn into R-2: 1. No; 2. No keep at 800 or allow 1,000 in R-10 or larger; 3. No; 4. Option 2 Clear and objective; Unanimously passed.

- R6 Code discussion: Garage location: 15' behind the front of the house instead of garages shall be located so that the garage is set back a minimum of 15 ft. Offset the new roof of a small addition from the main roof to the side or slightly lower to qualify as a secondary. Add sq ft of covered patio in house square footage
