Announcement on winners of the Festive Fronts Holiday Lighting Contest:

Winners of the 2017 first annual FAN Festive Fronts Holiday Lighting Contest are Linda and David Rudawitz at 887 6th Street with a winter woodland scene. The runners up were Gina and Ward Conrad at 980 B. The winners received the engraved snowflake medallion and a $70 gift certificate for Clarke's restaurant. The runners up received a $50 gift certificate to Chuckie Pie's. The contest was funded with a grant through the City of Lake Oswego's Neighborhood Enhancement Program.

City Planner Paul Espe presented on making zone designation changes to Stafford Grove and the downtown Post Office property. LU17-079. The Stafford Grove property would be moved from single family R10 to PN to match with its new park status. The Post Office would be shifted from GC (General Commercial) to EC (East end Commercial), making the Comp Plan match with the East End Plan. The board was supportive. We will bring this up at the January meeting when we anticipate having a quorum.

Tree report – update on Sharon, Suzanne and Jim presenting to Planning Commission regarding getting an R6 footprint reduction on to the PC’s 2018 work schedule.

Discussion on the LO Review article on D Ave – Carole to follow up.

Carole working on looking at the City process of notices and neighborhood associations.

Jan Castle had prepared a letter re: earthquake standards and the North Anchor project. Board was supportive. Carole will tell Jan.

Neighbor concerned with on street parking in neighborhood. Folks not using their garages for parking, people angle parking illegally. Recommendation that she speak with City re: illegal parking.
