2018 Annual Meeting Minutes

Annual Meeting September 11, 2018, Lake Oswego Adult Community Center

Meeting called to order at 6:00 pm by chair Carole Ockert.

Chair made several announcements and reported on recent activity by the FANFH board and their interaction with the City.

-We are in need of operating expenses – please donate money

-Candidate Night Oct. 1^st 7:30 pm here at the ACC

-Tree meeting Oct. 25^th 6:30 pm Maintenance Center, Pilkington Rd

-NEP Grant Festive Fronts decorate by Mon. Dec. 17^th

-Normal FANFH board meetings First Wed. starting Nov 7

-Working with Parks and Rec to site a bench and landscape SG

-Worked on Accessory Dwelling Units/owner occupied

-Lot split pre-application meeting/neighborhood meetings

-Sewer treatment plant upgrade

-Track Council/Planning Commission items:

Citizen Involvement Guidelines, Short Term Rental survey

Co-secretary nominee David Rudawitz conducted the election of the 2018-19 FANFH board.

The nominated slate:

The slate was approved unanimously by voice vote.

Chair adjourned the business meeting at 6:30 pm

There was a social half hour with refreshments.

At 7:00 pm there was a Community Resource Panel with:
