Sour-Sop Juice

Makes a jug and a half of juice

Ingredients

3 cups sour sop

1.5 cups sugar

7 limes (juice)

6 cups water

Instructions

    • Peel your sour sop and remove all the seeds
    • Blend all the pulp with 2 cups of water. Your going to end up with a very thick gloopy liquid
    • Pour the thick pulp into a wide bowl, add sugar, and lime juice and stir
    • Pour half the mixture back into the blender with 2 cups of water. Blend until smooth
    • Pour this smooth liquid into a fresh bowl and repeat the process for the other half of pulp
    • Combine both, and transfer to a jug
    • Serve chilled, If having immediately, serve over ice. Keep it refrigerated
