hot chocolate orange
Ingredients
2 cup cream
2 cups milk
Zest of a whole orange
4 tbsp. Milo
1 tbsp. Hershey unsweetened coco powder
½ tsp. coffee
2 pinch of salt
1 ½ tbsp. brown sugar
Dash of cinnamon
½ tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. vanilla
Instructions
- Zest one whole orange
- Pour milk and cream into a pot and warm on low heat
- Keep the mixture on the heat on the lowest setting while you make the tea don’t allow it to boil
- Add the orange zest and stir, allowing the orange to permeate into the milk 3 to 5 minutes
- Add milo, coco powder, coffee and mix
- Lastly add the sugar, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla
- When the sugar is dissolved strain the mixture and serve
