Directions

To see this waterfall park at the Eagle Creek trailhead (~1.0 mile past the Bonneville Dam exit off of I-84, only available to eastbound traffic). Follow the trail and continue past Twister Falls ~1/4 mile (~6.5 miles from the trailhead). Most people turn around at Twister Falls (or even Tunnel Falls), however I think it's worth the short walk to see this waterfall as well. Unfortunately, it's hard to get a clear shot of the waterfall because of surrounding vegetation.
