Directions

Take the Jackson Meadows Road west from CA-89 (~14.5 miles north of I-80) north of Truckee, CA, about 6.7 miles. There, park on the south side of the road and walk down what apparently is a connecting road (steep, partially blocked by rocks) to the S and continue heading SSE until you come upon the edge of the canyon and adjust your position based on where you should now be able to see where the waterfall is. Be careful if you venture near the edge of the canyon or near the brink of the waterfall.
