Directions

From the US-50/CA-89 intersection south of Lake Tahoe follow US-50 to the southwest for ~1.7 miles, just past bridge over the creek from the Echo Lakes to where there is a small pullout area off of the north side of the highway. Park here and walk back to the creek, where most of the waterfall is visible from the southern side of the bridge. Although I haven't done it personally, the top of the waterfall may be accessed by following the creek down from the dam at Lower Echo Lake.
